The Coachella Valley Water District Board of Directors will conduct its next regular public meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 27, in CVWD’s Forbes auditorium in Coachella. Closed session will begin at 5 p.m. and open session will begin at 6 p.m.
The evening meeting is part of on-going efforts to increase CVWD’s transparency and accessibility to the general public.
The board typically meets at 8 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, alternating between CVWD facilities in Coachella and Palm Desert. In addition to providing the public with opportunities to speak to items on its agenda, time is set aside to make comments about any district or water-related topics.
The agenda will be published on Friday at www.cvwd.org/BoardAgendas.
CVWD’s Forbes Auditorium is in the main building of the district’s facilities at 51501 Tyler Street, Coachella.
